We demonstrate high-power multi-plate spectral broadening of an azimuthally polarized femtosecond beam. Using three fused-silica plates, supporting a Fourier-transform-limited pulse duration of 25.7 fs. The output maintained both a uniform ring-shaped profile and the azimuthal polarization structure, while delivering 8.15 W average power, corresponding to 0.815 mJ at 10 kHz. These results highlight azimuthally polarized beams as a promising platform for high-power structured-light post-compression.
