The objective of this study is to verify the visualization of the transverse Peltier effect using thermography. A lock-in thermography system was developed, and simultaneous measurements using thermography and thermocouples were conducted using a reference sample to evaluate the system performance. The thermographic measurements showed good agreement with those obtained using thermocouples. In this presentation, we will describe the constructed system and discuss the results of MoSi2, which is known as a transverse thermoelectric material.
