This presentation reports the FMR measurement results and analysis of Co2(Fe,Mn)Si epitaxial thin films. In particular, the in-plane magnetic anisotropy is evaluated from the angular dependence of the resonance field HR, and its origin will be discussed in relation to XRD, VSM, damping constant, and magnetostriction constant measurements.
