Moiré metasurfaces have received considerable attention because of their topological nature. Typically, moiré metasurfaces are formed by introducing a small displacement on one side of two periodic structures. In this study, a moiré pattern is formed within the unit cell of a metasurface, and these unit cells are arranged periodically. Numerical simulations and experiments show that a transmission window emerges in a transmission dip of a fundamental mode. The resonance frequency of the window depends on the displacement of the moiré pattern.
