We report the angular dependence of structural coloration from a crystalline silicon nanoparticle monolayer that exhibits Mie resonances in the visible range. For a monolayer composed of particles with diameters around 200 nm, we found that the reflection color changes abruptly at a specific incident angle under TM-polarized illumination. This response suggests the contribution of higher-order Mie resonant modes with complex radiation patterns. In the presentation, we analyze the underlying mechanism from both computational and experimental perspectives and demonstrate angle-dependent structural coloration distinct from conventional iridescence.
