With the growing demand for low-power IoT devices, energy harvesting systems that utilize extremely small ambient energy sources have become increasingly important. In this work, we propose an on-chip stable power supply circuit for an intermittently driven power system using light energy harvesting. The proposed circuit incorporates an LDO regulator with a sequential start-up control scheme for stable operation and a leakage current reduction mechanism for low standby power consumption. Simulation results demonstrate stable 1.2-V and 1.8-V power delivery under input current conditions of only a few nanoamperes, confirming the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
