Conductive polymer monolayers were prepared by co-depositing the conductive polymers P3HT and P3DDT with the liquid crystal molecule 5CB on a water surface. The degree of orientation of the prepared films was quantitatively evaluated using UV-vis absorption spectra. The dopant Magic Blue was sequentially doped into the resulting mixed monolayers. Due to differences in conductivity between the mixed conductive polymers, a bottleneck structure was induced, resulting in nonlinear I-V characteristics. Furthermore, the performance of the neuromorphic device was evaluated using a waveform generation task.
