[8a-C213-9]High-finesse Terahertz Cavity using a High-precision Wire Grid Coupler

Aiming to improve the sensitivity of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS), which struggles to detect trace substances, we fabricated a Fabry-Pérot (F-P) resonator using a wire grid (WG). By refining the WG winding method, we limited the spacing variation to approximately 2% and produced a resonator that closely matched the ideal model predicted by FDTD calculations. Using this WG, we successfully fabricated a high-finesse F-P resonator with a Q-factor of 117.
