我々の研究グループでは、PEDOT:PSSをチャネルとした有機電気化学トランジスタ(OECT)に着目し、PEDOT:PSSチャネルを多孔質構造にすることで細胞培養の足場材としたうえで、細胞挙動をin situモニタリングできるのではないかと考えており、前回までの発表では、多孔質チャネルOECTの基礎特性を報告してきた。本研究では、実際に当該デバイスで細胞培養し、その挙動を測定した結果を報告する。
