In this study, we applied flash lamp annealing (FLA), a method of instantaneous heat treatment, to the fabrication of Cs-based inorganic perovskite films. Evaluation of stability in air revealed that untreated films faded and degraded into non-perovskite, whereas FLA-treated films maintained the brown color characteristic of perovskites, comparable to films annealed at 250°C, and degradation was suppressed. These results suggest that FLA has effects similar to those of thermal annealing.
