Electron injection is critical for low-voltage operation of OLEDs. While LiF, which is widely used as an electron injection layer, exhibits high electron injection performance, it may also lead to defect formation and exciton quenching in the organic layers. In this study, we focused on Py-hpp2, a promising alternative to LiF, and analyzed the charge injection and accumulation processes in ExUC-OLEDs using displacement current measurement (DCM) to evaluate the effects of the electron injection layer material and film thickness on device performance.
