We present MUONITH, a fast and lightweight simulation tool for feasibility studies of multidirectional muography. Given a 3D density model and detector conditions such as position, direction, area, solid angle, and exposure time, the tool estimates 2D/3D density distributions and supports linear-inversion-based reconstruction. By using C++20, simple ray tracing, OpenMP parallelization, Intel MKL, and sparse matrix operations, MUONITH avoids Monte Carlo transport and can run on laptop-class computers. A test case with 11 detectors and approximately 10,000 voxels completed in about 60 s using 28 threads with about 5 GB memory, enabling rapid exploration of observation configurations before field deployment.
