Diamond Detector
Diamond radiation detectors are highly resistant to radiation. However, it is known that the count rate obtained from diamond detectors decreases over time due to carrier trapping. In this study, we evaluated the temporal evolution and wavelength dependence of the energy spectra obtained from diamond detectors to investigate the effectiveness of visible and near-infrared irradiation in detaching carriers.
