In this study, we generated phase-conjugate light using digital phase-conjugate mirrors based on different modulation methods. Interference fringes formed by object and reference beams were captured with a camera and reproduced on a spatial light modulator (SLM) by amplitude modulation and phase modulation using a digital phase-conjugate mirror (DPCM). The fidelity of the generated phase-conjugate light and the tracking accuracy were then compared and evaluated for the two modulation methods.
