In this talk, I will present the observation of the optical Stark effect in WSe2/MoSe2 heterostructure. Two-dimensional semiconductor has an atomic-scale thin structure, leading to its unique characteristics: strong light-matter interaction and valley polarization. Artificial hetero-stack of two-dimensional semiconductors generates Moire pattern between the two semiconductors, and produce new quantum properties on the interlayer condition, making the hetero system a promising quantum platform. In this study, we investigated the optical Stark effect in the interlayer exciton of WSe2/MoSe2 heterostructure. We measured the reflectance response of the interlayer exciton using highly-resolved reflectance spectroscopy. The interlayer exciton response shows the blue shift in the strong electrical field region, which indicates the optical Stark effect in WSe2/MoSe2 heterostructure.
