van der Waals materials are promising platforms for exploring physical properties; however, their extremely small sample volume makes it difficult to apply conventional measurement techniques developed for bulk materials. In this presentation, we report the results of kinetic inductance measurements of atomic-layer superconducting flakes using a microwave resonator, which has recently begun to be employed as a new measurement technique for atomic-layer superconductors.
