In the practical application of organic electronic materials, it is important to develop the fabrication techniques of sheet-type, large-area, low-cost, hybrid devices with high device performance is key. Solution processes are becoming increasingly important as they increasingly surpass vacuum-processed devices in performance for transistors, solar cells, and some light-emitting devices and sensors. This presentation will introduce light-emitting devices using solution processes, research on contact and triboelectric charging and interfaces, and energy harvesting devices utilizing droplets and triboelectric charging, which have recently attracted considerable attention.
