This study aims to improve the sensitivity of quantum sensing using diamond NV centers by evaluating a high-Q microwave resonator system consisting of a microstrip line coupled to a dielectric resonator. S-parameter and ODMR measurements were performed at Q = 3205, and spectral asymmetry and systematic line-shape changes were observed near the resonance frequency. These changes are attributed to the reduced bandwidth of the high-Q resonator, which causes the microwave magnetic field intensity to vary sharply with small frequency differences.
