To increase the photocurrent of the top cell in a perovskite (PVK)/CIGS tandem solar cell, the ETL–TCO stack on the illumination side was optimized using a semitransparent PVK cell fabricated on a glass substrate. Specifically, by employing a low-resistance and low-damage TCO layer, the total thickness of the ETL–TCO stack was reduced. As a result, the increase in reflectance caused by optical interference within the photoactive wavelength range was suppressed, leading to an enhancement of the EQE-derived current density.
