In-materio physical reservoir computing (MRC) uses nonlinear electrical responses and dynamic material properties for low-power temporal processing. This study introduces the redox-active {Mo154/152} POM-ring into a HiPco SWNT reservoir. Pristine SWNT devices were fabricated using 0.02 g/L SWNTs in DMF, while composite devices contained an additional 0.04 g/L POM-ring. Current–voltage measurements showed negative differential resistance and conductance switching, likely arising from the multiple redox states and ionic relaxation of the POM-ring. The devices were evaluated using NARMA2 and waveform generation tasks. The SWNT/POM-ring device achieved higher waveform reconstruction accuracy than the pristine SWNT device, indicating richer reservoir dynamics and improved computational performance.
