α-In2Se3 is a typical 2D ferroelectric semiconductor that holds promise for various applications. In this study, we investigated nonlinear responses, focusing on the broken spatial inversion symmetry. In particular, the carrier-doped metallic sample exhibited nonreciprocal magnetoresistance and weak localization, revealing the correlation between their temperature dependences. This result suggests novel application possibilities for metallized α-In2Se3.
