THz-FMCW radar, which is expected to find applications in measuring localized minute displacements such as pulse and estimating blood pressure using pulse information due to its safety for the human body and its ability to penetrate clothing, has faced challenges in achieving high accuracy of less than 0.1 mm and reducing the computational load required for real-time measurement. In this study, we achieved high-precision distance measurement and real-time detection of minute displacements by utilizing the phase information of a single frequency bin. This report outlines the proposed method.
