In this presentation, we report on a jitter correction method for IF signals from targets, aimed at accelerating measurements using THz-FMCW radar. During measurement, unwanted spurious signals are generated by reflections from lens surfaces along the optical path; in this study, we focused on the phase jitter contained within these signals. We found that by extracting and utilizing this variation, it is possible to perform correction for each acquired IF signal, thereby contributing to system acceleration. We will describe the details of this approach.
