Through my recent theoretical study on dressed photon (DP) over the past few years, I had adopted a basic policy in which unsolved DP phenomena must be studied by basic review on the fundamental concept of space-time. Actually, this policy led to a number of fruitful results. In my talk, I will focus on a couple of intriguing outcomes, the one is that DP dynamics is closely related to the notion of Heisenberg cut (HC) which divides the classical and quantum domains of the space-time, and the other is that, corresponding to HC, there exists a peculiar novel light field called DP light having a form of optical vortex with the unique divergent field which behaves like a light particle free from diffraction.
