[9a-A31-10] Electrical properties of proton-doped La₂NiO₄

This research attempts to achieve electron doping in the nickelate La2NiO4, which is analogous to cuprate superconductors, by conducting proton doping using an ionic liquid-gated field-effect transistor. Please note that the experimental results are currently unconfirmed. We plan to report on the changes in electrical resistivity before and after doping, as well as their relationship with the film deposition conditions, on the day of the conference.
