光周波数コムを用いた高速な全視野三次元形状計測において、位相に依存して干渉信号が消失する測定不能点の発生が課題であった。本研究では、新たに正弦波位相変調（SPM）を導入し、全画素で位相と振幅情報を安定して抽出する手法を提案する。段差標準物体および10円硬貨の計測実験により、測定不能点の解消と平坦性の向上を確認し、データのばらつきを2桁低減したナノメートル精度の精密形状計測を実現した。
