In recent years, there has been a growing need for highly sensitive and rapid infectious disease detecting technologies for early diagnosis. Therefore, we have focused on increasing the sensitivity of Si nanowire (NW) biosensors through structural optimization. One important parameter affecting sensitivity is impurity concentration. In this research, we fabricated n-type SiNW biosensors with varying channel impurity concentrations and investigated the relationship between impurity concentration and sensitivity through the detection of anti-influenza A H1N1 hemagglutinin monoclonal antibodies.
