To date, our research group has developed an insertable sensor for directly measuring physiological information within plants. However, during long-term measurements, this sensor produced errors in pH readings due to fluctuations in electrical properties within the plant caused by the insertion of the sensor. Therefore, in this study, we proposed a method capable of accommodating fluctuations in the characteristics of the measurement target and prototyped a sensor compatible with this method. We conducted simulated experiments mimicking plants during long-term measurements to verify the functionality of the proposed method.
