Cosmic ray imaging is a non-destructive measurement technique that uses cosmic ray muons, which have high penetrating power, to estimate the internal structure of an object. In this study, with the aim of estimating the internal structure in three dimensions, we compared observational data obtained from multiple nuclear emulsion detectors with simulation results and performed three-dimensional reconstruction using voxels. Furthermore, we developed a program to perform noise removal and structure extraction on the reconstructed results and evaluated the accuracy of the internal structure estimates.
