Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) are comprised of fore frontier applications due to their superior chemical, electrical and optical properties. Chirality-controlled SWCNT synthesis is progressing very rapidly to surpass the post-growth treatment process and bimetallic catalysts were realized as the best alternative to do so. In this research, we attempted to utilize the PtIr NPs to grow SWCNTs and obtained results were compared to Ir and Pt catalyzed SWCNTs.
