Self-assembled peptides are known to form two-dimensional crystals on the surfaces of two-dimensional nanomaterials. However, it remains unclear whether, when multiple types of peptides are mixed, they form a cooperative structure in a compatible manner or adopt spatially separated structures. Therefore, in this study, we evaluate the structures formed by a mixture of two types of peptides with significantly different amino acid sequences using atomic force microscopy measurements in solution.
