我々はレーザー加工の全自動実験システムMDGを構築し運用してきた。AI自律実験のためにはLLMエージェントがツールとして有望であるが、LLMの推論・認識過程には人間と異なる特性の傾向があり、人間の技術者であれば気を付けるミスや事故をLLMが起こしうる。
今回我々は、MDGに事故防止の仕組みを追加するなどの種々の工夫を行い、実験タスクをLLMエージェントが自律的に組み立てて実行することを試行した。
