スルーホール構造を持つ陽極酸化アルミナ(AAO)テンプレートを用いて、従来の溶液プロセス法と欠陥密度の低いCVD法により、二硫化モリブデンナノチューブの作製し、湿度応答性の比較・評価を行った。溶液プロセス法で作製したサンプルのほうがより高い感度を示した。
