In this study, Ag NWs/PDMS composite electrothermal films with different Ag NW network structures were fabricated by microstructure engineering, and their optical, electrical, mechanical, and electrothermal properties were evaluated. The scaffolded cross-linked network formed by cross bar coating showed high electrothermal efficiency and excellent mechanical stability with the lowest Ag NW usage, reaching about 41 °C at 0.6 V. Moreover, it maintained stable performance after 1000 heating–cooling cycles and achieved self-visualized heating through thermochromic color change.
