誘電性と導電性を有する電荷秩序材料 LuFe2O4のFe2+を Co2+に置換した LuFeCoO4の誘電率と電気抵抗率を評価するため、インピーダンス分光測定を行った。900℃の空気中熱処理で測定の障害となる白金電極由来の界面効果を除去し、緩和時間分布を考慮した解析手法を用いることで電気抵抗率や誘電率を評価した。
