In hydrothermal synthesis, the structure and morphology of Sb-Te-based compounds can be modified. In this study, we investigated the effects of varying the order of raw material addition on the resulting products. In this presentation, we will report on the results of structural analysis and physical property evaluations—including measurements beyond specific heat—as well as the effects of addition order and synthesis time on the products.
