本研究では、非線形光学効果を用いた共焦点光学系にマイケルソン型干渉計を組み込んだ顕微鏡を用いて、計測対象である直径500nmのクロモファドープ微小球に、緑色の微弱な中心波長525nmであるLEDを外部励起光として照射し、コントラスト分解能に与える影響を比較・検討する。
