FeS2 thin films are expected to be excellent thermoelectric materials because they not only exhibit a relatively high Seebeck coefficient, which is critical for thermoelectric performance, but also offer practical advantages such as low cost, non-toxicity, and abundant availability on Earth . In this study, with the aim of suppressing the degradation of thermoelectric properties caused by sulfur defects, FeS2 thin films fabricated by spray pyrolysis were subjected to sulfur annealing, and their crystallinity and thermoelectric properties were evaluated.
