[9a-PA1-33]Mixing Ratio Dependence of Thermelectric Properties of SWCNT/Te Composite Films

In this study, we fabricated thin films composed of a composite of SWCNT and Sb2Te3 and evaluated the effect of the mixing ratio on their thermoelectric properties. The results showed that the addition of Sb2Te3 improved the power factor, with the highest thermoelectric performance observed at an addition level of 0.02 g. In future work, we aim to further improve performance by investigating the effects of the addition amount and the solvent.
