本研究では電界印加により誘電率が変化するチューナブル特性を持つBa1-xSrxTiO3（BST）において、x=0.7のよりQ･fが高い組成に着目し、チューナビリティの向上、高周波誘電特性の改善を目標に、Euの組成依存について検討した。
