Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), a two-dimensional semiconductor with a visible-range bandgap, has attracted considerable attention for optoelectronic applications. In this study, CVD-grown MoS2 was investigated using tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) and tip-enhanced photoluminescence (TEPL) with a bifurcated Au/Ag-coated probe. Exciton- and trion-related emissions were visualized with a spatial resolution below 100 nm, demonstrating nanoscale optical characterization of MoS2.
