Tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) stands as a prominent nanometrology technique that integrates atomic force microscopy with Raman spectroscopy. This fusion enables simultaneous acquisition of surface topography and chemical information at the nanoscale. In this study, toward the realization of high-resolution TERS measurements in liquid environments, we fabricated reference samples and probes, and conducted preliminary measurements in air. Additionally, we performed microscale Raman spectroscopy measurements in aqueous conditions.
