This presentation investigates the influence of molecular structure differences on the film formation and charge transport properties of n-type organic semiconductor thin films, aiming for performance enhancement through the deposition process. Specifically, we focus on the structure of the substituents and evaluate how mixing affects crystallization behavior. By assessing these changes, we aim to provide design guidelines for materials necessary to fabricate large-area, high-mobility organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). Furthermore, we compare the relationship between film morphology and device characteristics to discuss factors effective for improving device performance.
