High-performance organic integrated circuits require n-type organic semiconductors with electron mobility comparable to the hole mobility of p-type materials. For the efficient development of such materials, rapid theoretical prediction of mobility is essential. In this study, we evaluate the intrinsic mobility of typical p-type and n-type organic semiconductors using a low-cost band transport model based on the deformation potential approximation. We compare the calculated mobility and relaxation time with experimental results within the framework of band theory, and discuss the differences between theory and experiment.
