To elucidate the mechanisms underlying the improvement in stability and photoconversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) using FAPbI3 as the photoabsorbing layer by the addition of isobutylammonium (iBACl), we focused on the crystallization mechanism when iBACl is added into the FAPbI3 precursor and evaluated it. As a result, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis confirmed that the diffraction patterns of the intermediates differed with or without iBACl additions.
