In recent years, the miniaturization and weight reduction of devices have attracted attention for the development of IoT and wearable devices. Indium tin oxide (ITO), which is generally used as a transparent electrode, exhibits high transparency and conductivity; however, it is brittle under bending. Therefore, we focused on silver nanowires (AgNWs) as a transparent conductive electrode to replace ITO. In this study, the final goal is to fabricate a thin-film perovskite photodetector using parylene and AgNWs. As the first step toward this goal, the fabrication conditions of AgNW transparent electrodes were investigated.
