In this study, we report perovskite nanocrystals incorporating thiocarboxylic acid ligands with an adamantane structure to improve thermal stability and LED performance. The modified nanocrystals maintained more than 70% of their photoluminescence quantum yield after 1200 min at 100C, and LEDs fabricated using this material exhibited an approximately threefold increase in external quantum efficiency compared to the conventional system.
