Superradiant emission originating from giant oscillator strength associated with the increase in exciton coherence volume has been reported in metal halide perovskite quantum dots. In this study, we investigated the photoluminescence dynamics of CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6 dot-in-crystal structures. Size-selective excitation conditions were determined from photoluminescence excitation (PLE) measurements at 5 K. As a result, we observed an acceleration of the photoluminescence decay with increasing quantum-dot size, as well as an abrupt change in the decay time near a critical size. The size dependence of the decay dynamics is discussed through comparison with theoretical calculations.
