TiO2 thin films exhibit low photocatalytic activity under indoor lighting conditions because of their wide bandgap. In this study, we focused on an IMIM nanostructure utilizing the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) effect of Au nanoparticles and investigated the optimum thickness of the TiO2-S thin film. In addition, IM and IMIMIM nanostructures were fabricated for comparison, and the photocatalytic properties of the IMIM nanostructure under white-light irradiation were evaluated.
