In this talk, I will provide an overview of broadband structured light control and simultaneous polarization–wavefront imaging, and introduce birefringence imaging of biopolymers based on polarization techniques. In particular, I will present our attempt to capture the solidification process of FUS droplets formed through liquid–liquid phase separation as changes in birefringence, as well as polarization-shadowless observation of renal amyloidosis.
